Terms of Service

Welcome to GudGamin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all websites, Discord Activities, prototype interactive labs, and the GudGamin Radio Subspace audio streaming platform (collectively, the "Services") operated by GudGamin ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting to our websites, authenticating with Discord, or streaming audio via JukeBot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our Services immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & Original Music Ownership

You acknowledge that:

• Proprietary Soundscapes: All musical compositions, arrangements, audio tracks, and chapter recordings (including but not limited to the Galactocentric Orbits, Rebel Galaxy / Starfall Outlaws, and Galactic Entropy universe catalogs) are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
• Universe Lore & Creative Writing: All chapter descriptions, story vignettes, faction histories, and world lore are original creative works owned exclusively by GudGamin.
• No Transfer of Rights: Your use of the Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to stream audio strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment. No ownership, reproduction, synchronization, or commercial rights are transferred.

3. Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Stream Ripping

To preserve the security, integrity, and creative rights of our platform, you agree not to:

• Stream Ripping & Recording: Use automated scrapers, stream-recording extensions, audio rippers, bots, or software tools to extract, capture, download, or mirror full-length audio files from our servers.
• Commercial Redistribution: Sell, sublicense, publicly perform for fee, distribute, or include GudGamin music, soundscapes, or universe lore in external games, videos, podcasts, or media without prior written authorization.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or intercept network communications between client interfaces and our underlying servers or streaming infrastructure.
• Security Circumvention: Bypass, disable, probe, tamper with, or circumvent any security controls, authentication systems, rate limits, access restrictions, or technical safeguards protecting our services.

4. Station DJ & Interactive Broadcasting Conduct

GudGamin Subspace features communal live broadcasting and interactive Station DJ deck control. While operating the station decks or interacting with the catalog:

• You agree not to use automated scripts or macros to spam skip commands, toggle playback modes, or intentionally sabotage the listening experience for other members.
• Disruption Protection mechanisms are enforced across the station. Attempting to bypass or exploit DJ deck controls is grounds for access suspension.
• Reactions (Likes, Loves, Stars, Dislikes) and community interactions must remain respectful and adhere to GudGamin Community Guidelines and Discord's Terms of Service.

5. Prototype Labs & Game Experiences

Features within GudGamin Beta Labs (including Character Creator, 3D Prototype Viewers, and multiplayer simulations) are provided strictly for evaluation, community testing, and feedback. We reserve the right to modify, adjust balance, or retire prototype features at any time without notice.

6. User Feedback & Submissions

Any suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or feedback you submit through our platforms or Discord server become the property of GudGamin. We may implement or utilize your feedback to enhance the platform without any obligation, restriction, or financial compensation to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for continuous, sub-millisecond audio delivery, GudGamin makes no express or implied warranties regarding uptime, uninterrupted streaming, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall GudGamin be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your access or inability to access the Services.

9. Modifications to Terms
